Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using audeos.fm you agree to these terms.

2. The service

audeos.fm is a curated radio platform operated by Audeos LLC. Channels are curated by Audeos LLC; chat is user-contributed.

3. Account

  • Must be 13 or older
  • Provide a working email address
  • One account per person
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account

4. User content

Chat messages posted to audeos.fm are user-contributed content.

  • You retain ownership of your chat messages
  • You grant Audeos LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and moderate your chat messages for the purpose of operating the service
  • You must not post anything illegal, infringing, harassing, or spam

5. Acceptable use

  • No scraping the HLS streams beyond ordinary listening (rate limits are enforced)
  • No impersonation of other users or the operator
  • No automated abuse of any endpoint

6. Intellectual property

  • All curated audio content is licensed by Audeos LLC from its creators or used under permitted licenses (CC0, Creative Commons, direct license)
  • You may not redistribute audio content from the streams

7. Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time via /data-request or /users/settings
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; we’ll provide reason in writing if practical

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Service provided “as is,” no warranties of fitness or availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Audeos LLC’s liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Governing law

Governing law: State of Washington; venue: King County, Washington.

11. Changes

Changes are posted with a new Effective: date using the same convention as the Privacy Policy.
